Terms and Conditions

1. Listed prices are the base prices and only for each character’s head. Clients can order a couple or more people, but prices will also multiply. Additional fee may be charged depending on the difficulty. Difficulty price is maximum 60% from the base price.2. Please provide references (pose, clothes, and colours at minimum) and description; or clients can order Nyx’s original design with additional fee. Original design price is maximum 25% from base price.3. All the prices listed and described above (number 1 and 2) are for personal-use only, not commercial-use. Commercial-use price is 10 times personal-use price, containing base, difficulty, and original design price.4. Standard time taken is 1 – 3 weeks or longer depending on the difficulty.5. The personal-use commission result is watermarked. The commercial-use result is without watermark.6. Maximal file size is A4 350 dpi and the file result will be in image file (jpg., and/or png.), not layers file (psd., sai., etc.).7. Nyx doesn't do real background, but clients will still get simple background as listed.8. Clients will get step-by-step works: sketch, line art, base colour, character with transparent background, and final result depends on what the client ordered.9. Nyx has the right to display publicly the commission result in social media or for portfolio purposes. Additional fee not to be displayed publicly is 20% of the client's total charge.10. Nyx mainly accepts payment in IDR (via Gopay, BNI, Trakteer, OVO, Dana) and USD (via PayPal). For Paypal platform, the total price of the commission is including the 5% PayPal fee. Clients can ask Nyx if there's any other payment platform available.11. Payment and revision details can be seen on the Order page.12. Refund can only be done from Nyx where Nyx can no longer continue the work due to personal reasons. Refund details can be seen on the Order page.13. All works are in Nyx's art style. Clients can't ask Nyx to imitate other artist's style.14. Nyx only accepts orders via Instagram Direct Message.15. Nyx has right to reject order if Nyx doesn't feel comfortable, including cut the communication off with potential clients without prior notice if Nyx thinks they're just wasting time.16. Clients/customers are kings, yes. But remember, Nyx is a goddess :)17. These Terms and Conditions can be revised at any time without prior notice. Updates can be seen on akiranyx.carrd.co.

How to Order and Commission Workflow

1. Clients ask if there’s any slot left via Instagram Direct Message to Nyx.2. Nyx will send a google form containing commission type, references, and description.3. If Nyx accepts the commission order, Nyx will send the invoice containing the total price of the commission and the working time estimation.4. Clients must pay 50% from the total price as the down payment or clients can pay in full. The down payment must be paid within two days or there will be new working time estimation. Send the proof of payment (payment slip) to Nyx via Instagram Direct Message.5. After the down payment, Nyx will send a Google drive folder link that will be used for uploading the result.6. Down payment only applies for Full Colour commission. For Lineart commission, clients must pay in full to get the commission processed.7. Nyx will do the sketch and line art. Clients can only revise the sketch maximum 2 times in maximum 2 days.8. Nyx will upload the final sketch to google drive folder, inform the client, and continue to do the line art.9. There’s no revision chance on the line art step.10. Nyx will upload the final line art to google drive folder and inform the client.11. After the line art is finished, the client must pay in full or stop the commission.12. The remaining payment must be paid within two days or there will be new working time estimation. Send payment slip to Nyx via Instagram Direct Message.13. For clients who have paid in full before the sketch, the client can stop the commission without refund; or Nyx can stop the commission with 50% refund.14. If the commission continues, Nyx will fill the base colour. Clients can only revise the base colour maximum 2 times in maximum 2 days.15. Nyx will upload the final base colour to google drive folder, inform the client, and continue to do the shading.16. There’s no revision chance on the shading step.17. Nyx will upload the final character result to google drive folder and inform the client, and continue to do the simple background.18. Nyx will upload the final work to google drive folder and inform the client.19. The commission process is done.20. This How to Order and Workflow can be revised at any time without prior notice.
